On October 6, 2022, the Georgia Department of Education released high school graduation rates for 2022! Dawson County School System’s 4-year cohort graduation rate for the Class of 2022 is 93.1%, which is well above the state average of 84.1%. Over the past ten years, the district has increased its graduation rate by 13.6 percentage points from 79.5% in 2012 to 93.1% in 2022. Additionally, the district has maintained a 5-year average of 95%.
